Apricot Fish Salad

The salad is made from apricot fish – a sea fish with a small size of only two fingers and a clear white color, no scales and especially no fishy smell. Apricot fish salad is a great mix of rare apricot fish with onions, carrots, served with fatty peanuts and a very attractive slightly sweet and sour dipping sauce.
