Squid Pancakes
Squid pancakes have the same ingredients as pancakes in Central Vietnam, except that the filling is made with squid. Squid is put into the cake mold first until it’s almost cooked, then pour in rice flour, shake well, then add bean sprouts. If you add a few minutes, you will have delicious squid ink pancakes.. Squid pancakes are not as crispy as other types of pancakes because the squid is watery, but it has a sweet taste and an unmistakable characteristic aroma of squid.
